We give guarantee for our products.

If you are not satisfied with our product, when you receive it, you can send it back to us within 7 days after product delivery and we will completely reimburse you the product cost. Buy with confidence!

Our puppets are durable and they will serve you for a long time.
Just protect puppets from high temperatures (as example don't leave them in a car in hot summer days) and do not put puppet head in a water.

Shipping

Usually orders are shipped within 3 days to 4 weeks.

If you need a puppet urgently, please contact us to check availability.

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping method can be chosen by customer from Surface, Airmail or Express .

For international orders, Surface shipping may take month or more, Airmail shipping usually takes one to two weeks. Express shipping takes 2 to 5 days.

Shipping cost is calculated depending on weight of your order.

For most of our foam puppets Surface shipping costs $25,
Airmail shipping costs $35, and Express costs depends on the country.

Payments

Payment can be made by PayPal, credit/debet card, bank transfer, cheque or Western Union.

Pavlovs Puppets manufactures professional puppets. The puppets are made in variety of designs, sold from stock and by custom orders. All of the puppets are made out of strong foam and covered with fleece fabric.

Pavlovs Puppets have chosen foam and fabric puppet technique because of its unique characteristics. Good durability, very light weight, and possibility of creating vide variety of designs, ease to care and store.

Heads of the puppets are made out of foam with plastic mouth. Mouth is operated by performer’s hand. Pavlovs use a special half ball system for operating the mouth loved by performers for ease to control mouth movements and convenience to operate the puppet.

Our puppets are easy to use and perform with for professional puppeteers, amateures and children as well.

Every puppet has convenient arm sleeve, which protects foam and makes puppets more convenient.
